The fencing scoreboard the whole hall can read.
Keep the bout on a phone, show the score and the clock on every screen by the pistes, and put the competition on your stream — from one app.

The scoring box lights up for the referee alone.
Club fencing happens in school halls and leisure centres, with pistes taped to the floor and a small scoring box at each. Its lights are for the referee, and hard to read from the benches. Parents follow the bout by asking. At a competition, pool results go on paper and wait to be typed up.
How fencing is scored in WR Score.
A bout is up to three periods of three minutes, the clock counting down. It ends after the last period, and a tie goes to one minute of overtime.
On the Scoreboard, Left and Right each have a score key and a hit key, both with a minus for corrections. A Period key moves the bout on or steps back. You start and stop the clock on the board, and the corrections beside it move it by hand.
The board shows the left fencer's score, the bout clock and the period, then the right fencer's score. Under each side sits its hit, and the board also shows priority.

Your sponsor
On every screen by the piste.
Hall screens put each piste's bout on a TV at the end of the strip or an LED wall above the hall, in your club's colours. It takes the screen's shape. Between bouts and periods it shows your sponsors, with a record of every airing. If a piste's link drops, the last score stays, marked held. The screen is never blank.

A fencing scorebug with both scores, the period and the clock. Player cards as each fencer salutes, and tournament graphics as the direct elimination fills in. Use them in OBS, vMix or CasparCG, or stream from WR Score to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or any platform over RTMP or SRT.
For under-age competitions where fencers cannot be filmed, go on air with commentary, or with the live scoreboard as the picture.

Run the pools and the direct elimination.
Keep clubs, fencers and referees in one place. Put the field into pools, and the table works itself out from the final scores with your competition's points and tie-breaks. Then go to the knockout, where the bracket moves each winner on by itself. The day by piste shows every bout and marks a piste booked twice.
After the final, Posts makes a picture of the result or the pool table in your competition's look, in four social sizes, saved for you to post.

Fencing clubs are small, run by a coach and a few parents who know the rules. On competition days the same people sit at the pistes and type the results late into the evening. WR Score takes the paper and the retyping off them. What they get back is a competition that newcomers and families can follow, and a hall screen worth putting a sponsor on.
The camera.
The camera reads basketball boards today. For the other 49 sports, WR Score keeps the score by hand, and OCR — a camera reads the scoreboard your hall already has — comes sport by sport as we record each sport's boards.
