1. Who we are
WR Score is made and operated by Well Run (Kostiantyn Moseichenko), a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), Laagland 13, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium, enterprise and VAT number BE1012851234 ("Well Run", "we", "us"). Contact: score@well.run.
These Terms apply to the WR Score apps (desktop and mobile), the WR Score web pages and services at score.well.run, and everything they connect to (together, "WR Score"). By creating an account, or by using WR Score, you accept these Terms. If you accept them for a club, a league or another organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind it, and "you" means both you and that organisation.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for your sign-in details, your passkeys and second factors, and the devices you approve on your account. Tell us at once at score@well.run if you think someone else is using them.
- An organisation's owner decides who its members are and what each may do. Members act for the organisation.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- WR Score is offered on the plans described at score.well.run/en/pricing (Free, Club, Pro, Ultra, League and others). What each plan includes, including the number of live games and devices, is what that page says when you buy or renew.
- Trial, only after the open beta: a person's first organisation that joins after the open beta may try WR Score at Ultra's level for 14 days. One trial per device and per verified e-mail address. A later organisation starts on Free. At the end of the trial the organisation continues on Free unless a plan is bought.
- One competition at a time: on plans with more than one live game, the games running at the same time belong to one competition, one sport and one graphic profile.
- The open beta: every plan is at no price from 1 December until 31 December 2026: Well Run covers it, and may extend that. When it ends, an organisation that was in it has 30 days to decide (Terms of Sale).
- The beta is for your own club or organisation. Do not share your access or the app with others. Well Run may end access to the beta at any time. A plan or a Founding licence you have paid for stays under the Terms of Sale. The beta is a test: parts may change, and faults are expected.
- Buying a plan: the Terms of Sale (score.well.run/legal/sale) cover prices, offers, payment, renewal, stopping, refunds and the consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal.
4. Your licence to use WR Score
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use WR Score for the duration of your plan, within its limits. You may not:
- copy, sell, rent or sublicense WR Score;
- get around plan limits, licence checks, device limits or any security measure;
- take WR Score apart or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows it and only to the extent it allows;
- use WR Score to build a competing product.
4a. Software from others in WR Score
WR Score includes software made by others. It stays theirs, and is used under its own licence:
- The NDI® runtime. The WR Score app includes the NDI® runtime from Vizrt NDI AB, used under the NDI SDK License Agreement. The runtime is Vizrt NDI AB's, not Well Run's. NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB; see ndi.video. You may not take the NDI runtime apart or change it, or pass it on separately from WR Score, except where the law allows it. Vizrt NDI AB gives you no warranty for the runtime and is not liable to you for it.
- Open-source software. The app's open-source libraries are listed, each with its licence, on its open-source notices page (Help › Open-source notices, linked from About). The NDI runtime's own licence notes ship beside it in the app.
5. What you stream, record, show and store — your responsibility
WR Score is a tool. You decide what you film, read, stream, record, show on screens, post and store, and you are responsible for it. In particular, you confirm that:
- you hold, or have permission for, every right needed: from the competition, league, event or venue organiser to film and broadcast the game; for music and sounds you play; for logos, graphics and media you add;
- you have the consent or another lawful basis required to film, show and publish the people in your streams and on your screens — especially minors, for whom parents' consent is usually required;
- you respect the rules of the venue, the competition and the platforms you stream to (for example YouTube, Facebook, Twitch), whose own terms also apply to you;
- you will not use WR Score for anything illegal, hateful, violent, sexual involving minors, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes anyone's rights, nor to harass anyone, nor to spread malware or attack any system.
Well Run does not watch, review or approve your streams, recordings or content, and is not responsible for them. We may remove content stored in our services, suspend a stream link or an account, and cooperate with authorities when we are told of content that breaks the law or these Terms.
Files you add
You may add your own files to WR Score: fonts, logos, photos, videos, renders, graphics, music and sounds. Before a file is added, WR Score asks you to confirm that you may use it. By confirming, you tell us that:
- you own the file, or you hold a licence or permission that covers the way you use it in WR Score: on your streams, on your hall's screens, in your graphics and in the posts you publish;
- for a font, your licence allows it to be used in broadcast graphics, in video and in images you publish, and to be stored in our services for that purpose. Many font licences do not; checking is yours;
- for music and sounds, you hold the rights needed to play them in public and in a stream. A licence for a hall does not always cover a stream;
- for a photo or a video of a person, you have the consent described in "Players' pictures" below.
We keep a record of each confirmation: the account, the organisation, the file and the time.
Well Run does not check your files or their licences, and is not responsible for them. If someone tells us that a file breaks their rights, we may remove it from our services, and we will tell you. Claims that arise from a file you added are yours to answer, as section 8 says.
Players' pictures
An organisation may add a photo and a short video of each of its players. Before the first is added, the organisation confirms that it has the consent of each person shown, and, for a player under 18, of a parent or guardian. That consent must cover what the picture is used for: your graphics, your hall's screens, your streams and your posts.
The organisation collects and keeps that consent; Well Run does not. When a person, a parent or a guardian takes their consent back, the organisation removes the picture from WR Score without delay.
A player's picture is seen by your organisation's account, by the organisations you share it with, by our support staff if you add it to a ticket, and by the people who see a graphic, a screen, a stream or a post that you choose to show it in.
Telling us about illegal content
If you think something stored in our services is illegal or breaks your rights, write to score@well.run. Say where it is, why you think so, and who you are. We look at each notice and tell you what we decided. If we remove your content or limit your account, we tell you why and how to contest it. score@well.run is also our contact point for authorities and for users.
6. Your content
What you put into WR Score (competitions, rosters, games, graphics, media, fonts, players' pictures, designs, posts, support messages: "your content") stays yours. You give Well Run the right to store, copy, process and transmit it only as needed to run WR Score for you and the people you share it with, for as long as needed for that. When you share a game, a competition or a feed with another organisation, you allow that organisation to receive and use what you share, as the sharing feature describes.
For personal data in your content (for example players' names), your organisation decides why and how it is used, and Well Run processes it for you under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms for organisations.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep WR Score available and correct, but it is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that score reading will always be correct. Always have a way to check the score that matters. We may change, add or remove features; if a change removes a main feature of a plan you paid for, you may end that plan and get back the unused part of what you paid.
8. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for fraud, intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence), nor your rights as a consumer.
- Otherwise, Well Run is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost income, lost audience, lost sponsorship, lost data you could have backed up, or reputational harm), nor for your content, your streams or third-party platforms.
- Otherwise, Well Run's total liability for everything related to WR Score in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid for WR Score in those 12 months or €100 if that is more.
- An organisation or a business compensates Well Run for claims from others that arise from its content or from its breach of section 5.
9. Suspension and ending
- You can stop using WR Score and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
- We may suspend or end your access, after warning you where reasonable, if you break these Terms, do not pay, or if the law requires it. We will give you a reasonable chance to export your content, unless the law prevents it.
- After an account or organisation ends, its data is kept and deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We tell you at least 30 days before an important change takes effect, by e-mail or in WR Score, and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you may end your plan before it takes effect.
11. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the courts of Antwerp, except that consumers may also go to the courts of where they live, and keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country. A consumer in Belgium may also go to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de médiation pour le consommateur), mediationconsumer.be.
