These Terms of Sale sit beside the Terms of Use (score.well.run/legal/terms). They cover buying a plan: prices, offers, payment, renewal, stopping and refunds.
1. Who sells
WR Score plans are sold by Well Run (Kostiantyn Moseichenko), a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), Laagland 13, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium, enterprise and VAT number BE1012851234 ("Well Run", "we"). Contact: score@well.run.
Card payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (Ireland). We never see your full card number. For now, the Founding licence and the Open Beta offer are paid by invoice and bank transfer (section 4).
2. What you buy
- A plan: Club, Pro, Ultra or League, for one organisation (a club, a league, an academy, a school or a company). The plan holds what the pricing page (score.well.run/en/pricing) says on the day you buy or renew.
- Free costs nothing and needs no payment.
- The trial, only after the open beta: a person's first organisation that joins after the open beta may try WR Score at Ultra's level for 14 days. There is no trial before that. Each e-mail address and each device gets one trial. A later organisation starts on Free. When the trial ends, the organisation goes on with Free unless it buys a plan. Nothing is charged at the end of the trial.
- Terms: the pricing page shows which terms each plan has (by the month, the season or the year) and its price.
- League is sold by the year, at the price Well Run agrees with the league. A club a league invites may hold a Roster licence, paid by the club or by the league, as the invitation says.
- The Founding licence gives an organisation Ultra for 5 years from the day it pays, for €1,000 once, before VAT. It is bought with a signed order (section 4). Well Run sells 25 of them, numbered #1 to #25, to organisations that join the closed beta by 30 November 2026, until 30 December 2026 or until 25 orders are placed, whichever comes first. After that, an organisation can go on a waiting list. A place that opens (an order withdrawn or unpaid at day 60, or a licence refunded) is offered to the list, in order. Their holders are the WR Score Founders. A Founder gets: - its number and, if it says yes, its name in WR Score and on the home page of WR Score's website; - a personal line of contact at Well Run, with the highest priority; - priority when Well Run chooses which features to build, for the features the Founder needs.
A Founder may ask for a full refund within 30 days of paying, and Well Run pays it back by bank transfer. The licence does not renew by itself. After the 5 years the organisation may buy a plan at the normal price: the licence holds no price beyond them. Section 5 of these Terms of Sale does not apply to the licence; the others do.
3. The betas and the offers
The closed beta runs until 30 November 2026, and any organisation can join it. Joining asks for no order. An organisation in it has Ultra at no price until 30 November 2026, and then the open beta's rules below. It may choose to take a Founding licence (section 2). The open beta starts on 1 December 2026, however many licences are taken.
The open beta starts on 1 December 2026. Every plan is at no price until 31 December 2026: Well Run covers it. There is no order and no invoice, and the paid features are open. Well Run may extend the open beta, and says so on score.well.run before that day. An extension also moves the time at no price, the Open Beta offer and the 30 days below, and Well Run gives the new dates for what follows. It never extends the closed beta past 30 November 2026, or the Founding licence past 30 December 2026. The beta is a test: parts may change, and faults are expected.
When the open beta ends, every organisation that was in it keeps its access for 30 days, to decide. We write when it ends, at day 20 and at day 30. After the 30 days, the paid features need a paid plan, and an organisation without one goes on with Free. An organisation that joins after the open beta has the trial (section 2) and no 30 days; after the trial, the paid features need a paid plan.
An organisation joins the open beta by making its account from 1 December 2026 or, with an older account, by saying so in that account from that day. The day turns at midnight in Brussels. WR Score writes the offer on the account.
| when | offer | what the organisation gets |
|---|---|---|
| taken during the open beta, until 31 December 2026, or in the 30 days after it ends by an organisation that was in it | The Open Beta offer | Pay for 1 year of a plan and get 3 years. |
| joining from the end of the open beta to 28 February 2027 | Season prep | 30% off the first year of a plan. |
| joining from 1 March 2027 | none | The normal price. |
- Which plans: the offers apply to Club, Pro, Ultra and League.
- The price that counts is the plan's yearly price on the day of payment. For League, it is the yearly price Well Run agreed with the league.
- Moving up within an offer: the organisation pays the difference for the years that remain, at the offer's rate.
- Moving down takes effect at the next renewal.
- One offer per organisation. Offers do not add up, and a Founding licence counts as one.
- An offer stays with its organisation. It cannot move to another organisation, except when the organisation itself changes its legal form or its name and tells us.
4. Paying
- You pay in advance, for the term you chose or for the offer's term, by card or another method shown at checkout.
- By invoice, for now: the Founding licence and the Open Beta offer are paid by invoice and bank transfer. The account to pay into is on the invoice and on one page of WR Score's website. Well Run never changes it by e-mail: if a message says it has changed, do not pay, and write to score@well.run.
- The Founding licence's order: the organisation signs an order and is then a Founder with an order placed. Ultra starts at once. The invoice is due within 60 days. We write at day 45 and at day 60. Its number, from #1 to #25, is given when it pays, in order of payment. If the invoice is unpaid at day 60, the order ends, its place opens, and the organisation goes back to the plan it had, or to Free. Nothing is owed for the days used. The 5 years and the 30 days for a refund count from the day Well Run receives the payment.
- The Open Beta offer's order: the offer has 275 places, counted as they are paid. Once 275 are paid, it is no longer offered. An order made before then keeps the offer if it is paid within its 60 days, even if the 275 fill in the meantime. The plan starts at sign-up. If the invoice is unpaid at day 60, the offer ends. The offer's years count from the day Well Run receives the payment.
- VAT: a consumer sees prices with VAT included, at the rate of the consumer's EU country. A Belgian business pays Belgian VAT on top of the price shown. A business in another EU country with a valid VAT number pays no Belgian VAT (reverse charge). The checkout shows the amount before you pay.
- Invoices: we make an invoice for every payment. It is in your account and sent by e-mail.
- If a payment fails, everything keeps working for 7 days while you fix it. After the 7 days, the plan stops as section 6 says, and it starts again once paid.
5. Renewal
- A plan renews for the same term, at the price of that day, until you stop it.
- An offer has one term, and nothing follows it. When an offer's years end, the plan renews at the normal price of that day, until you stop it.
- Before a yearly renewal we write to you at least 30 days ahead, with the date and the amount.
- A price change for future terms is told at least 30 days before it applies. An offer's rate does not change while the offer runs.
6. Stopping, pausing and ending
- Stopping: you can stop the next renewal at any time in your account. The term you paid for runs to its end. After that, the organisation goes on with Free.
- Pausing: where the plan allows, you pause in your account. Nothing is charged while paused. A paused organisation has what Free has, and it loses nothing. A pause does not extend the period you have paid for. League cannot be paused.
- When a plan ends, 7 days of grace follow. After them, the plan's features stop and the shares the organisation gave stop answering. Nothing is deleted: what the organisation kept in WR Score Cloud stays readable.
- A league that stops paying: the 7 days apply, then the league's own data is read-only and nothing is deleted. The clubs keep their own plans and their own games. The Roster licences the league paid for end when the league's plan ends, with the same 7 days. They end at once if the league moves off the League plan.
- Stopping an offer: the years paid for run to their end. An organisation that has stopped its plan cannot take the offer up again later.
7. Refunds
A term already started is not refunded, except:
- under the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers (section 8);
- a main feature removed: if we remove a main feature of a plan you paid for, you may end the plan and get back the unused part;
- our fault: if WR Score Cloud was unavailable through our fault for more than 3 days in a row, you get those days back as an extension, or as money if you ask;
- a payment made in error (twice for the same term, or the wrong plan): refunded in full if you tell us within 30 days.
Refunds go back to the card or method that paid, within 14 days.
8. Consumers: the 14-day right of withdrawal
- Who has it: a person who buys for themselves, outside any trade, business or profession. A club, a league, a company or another organisation buying for itself does not have this right.
- What it gives: you may withdraw within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. Write to score@well.run, or use the form in Annex 1. Writing within the 14 days is enough.
- Starting at once: WR Score starts the moment you pay or, when you buy by invoice, on the day of the order. When you buy, we ask you to confirm that you want it to start during the 14 days. If you then withdraw, you pay for the days used, and the rest is refunded within 14 days.
- An offer: withdrawing from an offer's payment ends the offer.
- The legal guarantee: a consumer also keeps the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services. These Terms do not reduce it.
9. Your data, and what we offer
- Your data stays yours. The Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement say what we keep, where and for how long.
- Without the internet: WR Score on your device keeps the score, shows it on the hall's screens and makes the graphics when our services cannot be reached. What needs our services (sharing, backups, widgets, updates) waits until they can be reached.
- Availability: we do not offer a guaranteed level of availability. Section 7 of the Terms of Use applies.
- Help: write to score@well.run, or use Support in the app.
10. Liability
Section 8 of the Terms of Use applies to everything you buy under these Terms of Sale.
11. Changes to these Terms of Sale
We may update these Terms of Sale. We tell you at least 30 days before an important change, by e-mail or in WR Score. A change never takes away an offer an organisation already holds. If you do not accept a change, you may stop your plan before it takes effect, and the unused part of what you paid is refunded.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live. Disputes go to the courts of Antwerp, unless the law gives a consumer another court. A consumer in Belgium may also go to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de médiation pour le consommateur), mediationconsumer.be.
