A squash scoreboard the whole gallery can read.

The marker keeps the points on a phone, the gallery sees the games on a screen, and the final goes out on your stream from one app.

The marker calls it. The gallery has to guess.

Squash is scored out loud. The marker calls each point from the gallery, and anyone who missed the call has no way to catch up. Between games the players towel off and the spectators ask each other what it is. Results end up on a sheet pinned to the noticeboard.

How squash is scored in WR Score.

A match is up to five games. A game ends at 11 points with two clear, and the first player to win three games takes the match. There is no clock to run.

On the Scoreboard each player has a key to add a point or take one away, and a Game key moves the match to the next game or back one. The board shows the points in the current game, which game it is, the games each player has won and who is serving, and it keeps the points of every game.

After the match, print the scoresheet and the result sheet, or a blank scoresheet for a marker who still prefers a pencil.

Your sponsor

On every screen in the club.

Hall screens put the match on a screen above the court door, the bar TV or an LED wall behind the gallery, in your club's colours. It takes the shape of whatever screen it is on. Between games, while the players rest, it shows your sponsors, and each airing is logged for them. If the reading pauses, the last score stays up, marked held. The board is never blank.

Run the box league and the club championship.

Keep your players, teams and officials in one place. Set up the monthly box league as groups, each box with a table that works itself out from the final scores using squash's own points and tie-breaks. The club championship runs as a knockout, and the bracket moves each winner on by itself. With four courts booked all weekend, the day by court shows every match and marks a court booked twice.

The marker joins the scorekeeper pad by QR code, with nothing to install. Posts makes a picture of each result or box table in your league's look, in four social sizes, saved for you to share.

Time back, more to offer.

Squash clubs rely on a box league secretary, a club coach and a handful of members who mark every match. WR Score takes the noticeboard sheets and the evening of typing off them. What the club can offer in return: a gallery that knows the score, a stream members can watch from the bar or from home, and a screen a sponsor can buy a place on.

The camera.

The camera reads basketball boards today. For the other 49 sports, WR Score keeps the score by hand, and OCR — a camera reads the scoreboard your hall already has — comes sport by sport as we record each sport's boards.

Questions.

Yes. A game ends at 11 points with a two-point lead, and the first player to win three of five games wins the match.
