Scoreboard
Keep the score from a phone.
Hand the score to a phone at the table: it opens in the phone's browser, with no app and no account.
Make the invite.
- Open Scoreboard and press Invite, in the row of small keys under the board.
- Under For whom, choose Scorekeeper pad. Viewer link shows the live board and presses nothing, on the hall's network for now.
- Choose what this person keeps: All, or only part of it, such as the score or the clock.
- Under Lasts, choose 2 h, 8 h or 48 h.
- Press Make the invite. The phone scans the QR code or opens the link.
The first device to open a link takes it. For a second phone, make a second invite.
How the phone reaches you.
- In the hall: with this device open to the hall's network, a phone on that network reaches it directly.
- Over the internet: the link goes through WR Score Cloud, which comes with Club and higher plans.
Nothing to press here: the invite works whichever way the phone reaches you.
On the phone.
The phone shows this sport's keys, and nothing else. Each press counts, in the order it arrives.
If the connection drops, the phone says The pad is off. Nothing is sent while it's off, and presses aren't saved for later.
Take it back.
Press Invite again. Under Joined, press Revoke beside the phone.
